Our reason for selling the property is that we purchased much more land than we needed as smaller tracts are difficult to locate in this area. We no longer need the hay the land provides and are not interested in leasing it. We do not use it except for a few recreational trail rides. It is our hope that someone else can get enjoyment and use from it as we did.
